The ProForm Carbon Power Rack XL is a solid and versatile piece of strength training equipment with a heavy-duty steel construction and a sturdy 4 post rack design. This multi-functional Power Rack offers 28 bar height settings and can be used with 7ft (213cm) standard and 7ft (213cm) Olympic bars. To ensure extra safety during free weight barbell exercises, there are strong square tubes, two robust J hooks with plastic bushing and two adjustable spotter catchers.
