LIFE FITNESS IC1 INDOOR CYCLE DESCRIPTION The entry level Life Fitness IC1 Indoor Cycle brings an incredible indoor cycling experience into your home. This maybe the first in the range of Life Fitness’s indoor cycles but there has been no compromise on quality. Premium grade materials, proven engineering and pleasing aesthetics are in abundance. It offers simplified features ideal for the beginner to spin cycling. Serious road bikes often refer to the Q factor which is the width of the crankset assembly and stemming from that, the lateral distance between your feet when pedalling. The recommended Q factor is between 150-170mm and the Life Fitness IC1 IndoorCycle features a Q Factor of 173mm resulting in a real road bike feel. The wired on-board computer displays all the basic information. The 18kg perimeter weighted front flywheel helps exercisers develop an even 360 degree pedalling technique. The poly-V belt drivetrain is quiet and stretches less, transferring more power than other belts. This results in less maintenance, fewer breakdowns and improved peddling technique. The unisex padded saddle adjusts 4-ways to fit a variety of users and the chrome plated posts and additional sweat guard protecting the frame, resistance assembly and flywheel promotes a longer bike-life.
