There are 12 preset programmes that are split into categories for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels and with 32 levels of digitally controlled magnetic resistance you'll always find just the right level of difficulty for your workouts. In addition to the preset programmes, there are also target heart rate, quick-start manual and user programmable watt workouts providing training options for users of all fitness capabilities. Training data is displayed via the 5" (12.7cm) two colour, backlit LCD display allowing you to track speed, distance, watts, calorie burn, pulse and time, allowing you to track your progress as you work out. The low step-through and sturdy fixed handles either side of the console also make this bike an excellent choice for those with limited mobility.
