With a compressed cloth material filling, a strong cross-fibre synthetic exterior fabric and a foam lining, the bag will provide the necessary resistance and response for your workouts, and remain strong and sturdy, withstanding what you throw at it. The 4 metal D-rings with 4 heavy-gauge webbing straps let you hang the bag securely, and an extra D-ring at the base allows you to fix weights to it or stop it from swinging too much during heavier sessions.
