The tension control is manually adjusted using the control knob on the crossbar. This knob also acts as the break when pushed downwards. The computer has a large screen and is situated between the handlebars for easy reading during workout. The computer also has a simple, quick select one button adjustment feature to allow for quick adjustments during your workout. The handlebars also have pulse sensors fitted so you can keep track of your pulse rate during your workout. The bike’s saddle and handle-bars are adjustable.
