LIFE FITNESS ROW GX TRAINER DESCRIPTION The Life Fitness Row GX Trainer will deliver a premium club quality performance for the whole family. It uses Fluid Technology Resistance contained in a vertical water tank. The water delivers a smooth natural feel and by using the resistance lever you can easily adjust the resistance from 1-16 resistance levels. This resistance range is the widest range of any rower without the hassle of adding or siphoning the water. The seat of the Row GX is higher from the floor than most rowers making it easy to get on and off. Adjustable foot board with foot straps and ergonomic handle that minimises strain on the hands, wrists and arms all make this a very comfortable rower to use. The console is comprehensive and provides all the essential feedback information plus 500-meter split time for the more serious rower. When not in use the Life Fitness Row GX stand upright, significantly reducing its footprint when stored.
