The upholstery pads are the same as you will find on many health club benches, tough but very comfortable. The frame is robotic welded resulting in a strong, safe and durable workout bench. The seat and backrest are connected, so as you push seat along the rail the backrest automatically rises into the desired incline position. The seat angle can also be adjusted independently. Ideal to use alone for free weight training or as an addition to a range of Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) or Smith Machines. However the G7 bench was spefically designed to work with the Life Fitness G7 DAP Machine. What makes it the perfect fit is its Dock n Lock system that guarantees the perfect workout position every time in relation to the Life Fitness pulley systems.
